Send an email message to listserv@listserv.vt.edu.

• In the BODY of the email, copy and paste in SUBSCRIBE FRIENDS-OF-THE-NEW-RIVER then type in your name or ANONYMOUS
• Make sure you have removed or turned off your email signature, if you have one
• Send the message
• You will revceive a confirmation email. Follow the directions in the email.

Once you have successfully joined the listserv you will receive messages but can also send messages to the group useing the email address: Friends-of-the-New-River@listserv.vt.edu.
