2002 Community Convocation

127 people from all over Montgomery County attended a day-long gathering on April 13, 2002 focusing on dialogue and generating community solutions to current human relations needs

Everyone in the County was invited to join in the conversation. Because the Council believes that by people being engaged and personally involved with others, we learn how to stand together embracing our unique gifts and strengthening our community. As we grow stronger in this work, it will ripple out to others in our community, neighborhoods, and families.

The quality of our human relations (the way that we relate, see each other and ourselves) must continually be explored and enhance as a very important ingredient for supporting civil society and our community spirit.
