Garden of the Month

The Stroubles Mill Neighborhood Association presents 'Garden of the Month' awards to residents of the neighborhood. Before 2003 the Association presented first, second, and third place 'Beautification' awards in June of each year. From 2004 a 'Garden of the Month' award was established, beginning in April and ending in September, to a deserving resident of the neighborhood.
