Reading is FUNdamental

Book Distribution at McHarg Elementary School 2008

The Woman's Club of Radford provides Reading is Fundamental for the first through third grades at McHarg Elementray school.  As part of RIF, each child chooses three books each year to keep as his or her very own.
  This was the first distribution for this school year.
